createlogo.online provides an artificial intelligence-based logo generation tool. The Service allows users to input descriptions and parameters to generate visual graphics. Some features are provided for free, while others require payment.

3. AI Content Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

The Service utilizes advanced artificial intelligence algorithms (including but not limited to Gemini API and Imagen models) to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Human Review: Generated logos are created by AI without human intervention. The Service does not guarantee the artistic quality, logic, or appropriateness of the output.
  • Uniqueness: Due to the nature of machine learning, the Service cannot guarantee that your generated logo will be unique. Other users may generate similar or identical results using similar prompts.
  • Copyright Limitations: Current laws regarding AI-generated content are evolving. The Service makes no representation regarding the copyrightability of the generated logos. You are responsible for determining the legal status of the content in your jurisdiction.
  • No Infringement Guarantee: The AI may occasionally generate content that resembles existing trademarks or copyrighted works. The Service is NOT responsible for any trademark or copyright infringement resulting from your use of generated content. You must perform your own trademark search and legal due diligence.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the generated content. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You must ensure that your prompts do not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATELOGO.ONLINE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE.
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
  • ANY LEGAL ACTION TAKEN AGAINST YOU BY THIRD PARTIES RELATED TO LOGOS GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's original content (excluding content generated for users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of createlogo.online and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
